All mockups and previews displayed on our website are created using a sample device for representation. Every phone model has different camera cutouts, dimensions, and shapes, which may cause slight variations in final design placement.

We always print in the best possible quality, ensuring maximum coverage and clarity. By placing an order with SMILECASE, you agree that minor variations in design placement are acceptable and not considered defects.

3. Resin Coating (Gloss / Gel Case) Disclaimer

Our premium Gel/Gloss covers are coated with a handcrafted resin layer, giving them a glossy and smooth finish. Since resin coating is done manually in an open environment, tiny dust particles or micro air bubbles may naturally appear.

These slight imperfections do not affect durability or usability. Customers agree that such variations are normal and SMILECASE will not be responsible for them.

4. Custom Cover Printing Disclaimer

SMILECASE allows customers to upload personal images or artwork for custom printing. Customers are responsible for ensuring that files uploaded are clear, high-resolution, and non-pixelated.

If low-quality images are uploaded, the print result will reflect the same. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases. By placing a custom order, the customer accepts responsibility for the image quality submitted.
