At SMILECASE, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your products.

Payments

We accept all major online payment methods, including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Remote and special-zone deliveries may take slightly longer.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all major cities and towns across India using reliable courier partners.
Any import duties, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.

Incorrect or Unreachable Address (RTO Orders)

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after three attempts, or if you are unreachable, the package returns to our warehouse (RTO).

In such cases:

  • Refunds are not applicable.

  • You can request re-shipping by providing updated address and contact details.

  • Re-shipping will be processed on the next working day.

Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

We provide replacements only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product/model was delivered

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@smilecase.in.
We will share the return address and ship a replacement as soon as we receive the returned item.

We do not offer replacements if:

  • The customer orders the wrong model

  • The customer dislikes the product

  • Color variation occurs due to screen brightness or display settings

Requirement for Unboxing Video

To be eligible for any replacement or refund in exceptional cases:
You must provide an authentic unboxing video recorded in one single take showing:

  • Unopened parcel

  • Product inside

  • Issue or damage clearly

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Possible Delivery Delays

Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Remote location logistics

  • Unexpected operational disruptions

We will make every effort to keep you informed in case of delays.
