At SMILECASE, we prioritize quality, customer satisfaction, and smooth service. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Payments

SMILECASE accepts all major online payment methods, including UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Mobile Wallets. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India with trusted courier partners. Orders are usually delivered within 7–8 working days depending on your pincode and courier availability.

RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
If the courier makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts or the customer is unreachable, the package returns to our warehouse.

  • No refund will be issued for RTO orders.

  • You may request re-shipping with updated address and contact details.

  • Re-shipping will be done on the next working day after confirmation.

Return Policy

We offer replacement only, not returns, under specific conditions.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is different from what you ordered

To request a replacement, email us at support@smilecase.in within 3 days of delivery.
We will provide the return address. After receiving your returned item, we will dispatch a replacement immediately.

Important Notes

  • We do not replace items if the wrong model or design was selected by the customer.

  • Color variations due to monitor brightness or screen settings are not considered defects.

  • Returns or exchanges are not applicable if the customer simply dislikes the product.

Replacement or Refund Conditions

To qualify for a replacement or refund in eligible cases:

You must provide a proper unboxing video, recorded in one single take, clearly showing:

  • Outer package condition

  • Inner product condition

  • Full uncut footage proving the damage or defect

No claim will be accepted without an unboxing video.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is unavailable for replacement

  • The customer received the wrong item and replacement is not possible

  • The order was canceled before processing

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after approval.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

The following cases are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Wrong mobile model ordered by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings

  • Minor resin-coating imperfections like small bubbles or dust

  • Low-resolution customer-uploaded images causing blurred prints
